Free Shuttle Terms &
Passenger Agreement

Version 1.1 · Updated October 24, 2026

Please read these terms before accepting them for a shuttle reservation. Viewing this page or submitting a transportation inquiry does not, by itself, constitute acceptance or confirm a seat.

1. Parties and covered journey

This agreement applies to the outbound and return transportation identified in your booking confirmation. The vehicle is owned by OKEAH Restaurant LLC. The following companies and restaurant trade names are identified in connection with the service:

  • OKEAH Restaurant LLC — OKEA Modern Kitchen & Bar
  • Pescaito Restaurant & Bar LLC — Pescaito Seafood & Caribbean Cuisine
  • Patria Mia Restaurant LLC — Patria Mia Puerto Rican Restaurant & Bar
  • Salty Lighthouse Restaurant LLC — Salty Lighthouse Seafood Shack & Oyster Bar
  • Sette Mari Italian Coastal Cuisine LLC — Sette Mari Italian Coastal Cuisine
  • MC Hospitality Group LLC
  • Las Kroabas Restaurant & Bar LLC

Each entity’s rights and responsibilities depend on its actual involvement in the particular journey. Listing an affiliated entity does not mean that it operates every trip or that every restaurant is an available shuttle destination. The confirmed route identifies the restaurants served. El Conquistador Resort is identified as the pickup location; this does not represent hotel affiliation, sponsorship or agency.

2. Complimentary service and confirmation

The regular shuttle from El Conquistador Resort is complimentary for guests visiting participating restaurants. Reservations depend on available seats on both journeys. Submitting a request or receiving an acknowledgment does not confirm a booking. Confirmation must identify the date, passengers, restaurant, meeting point and outbound and return times. Table reservations are separate. Special group arrangements and any dining deposit require separate disclosure and agreement; this agreement does not authorize charges.

3. Timing, seats and conduct

Request transportation at least 24 hours in advance and arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your confirmed departure. Every passenger, including children, requires a reserved space. Remain seated, properly wear your seat belt and follow the driver’s safety instructions. Smoking, vaping, open alcoholic beverages and conduct that distracts the driver or compromises safety are prohibited. Boarding may be declined for an objective safety reason, with available alternatives explained as circumstances allow.

Booking holder and group coordination. The booking holder is responsible for providing accurate full names and ages for every passenger, sharing the itinerary and these terms with the group, coordinating punctual arrival for both journeys, and ensuring that accompanying minors are supervised by an authorized adult. The holder must notify the shuttle team of changes, cancellations, child-restraint or boarding-assistance needs. The holder agrees to help ensure that everyone in the reservation follows boarding and safety rules. This coordination responsibility does not make the holder the legal representative of other adults, waive their rights or excuse the legal duties of the transport provider.

Unassigned seating. Reserved spaces guarantee passenger capacity on the confirmed journeys, not a particular seat. Seats are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis when boarding, subject to the driver’s safety directions and confirmed child-restraint or accessibility arrangements.

4. Children and boarding assistance

Children must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or other duly authorized adult. Coordinate required child restraints and boarding assistance with the team before confirming the journey. Specific equipment is not guaranteed without confirmation. Each adult with legal capacity accepts for themselves; a group organizer does not waive the rights of other adults. Permission for a child to travel does not waive the child’s rights.

5. Ordinary travel risks, delays and breakdowns

I understand that road transportation may be affected by traffic, rain, road conditions, normal vehicle movement, route adjustments, unforeseen mechanical breakdowns or interruptions. I will take care when boarding and exiting, use available handrails and wait for instructions. Complimentary service does not guarantee risk-free transportation or an exact arrival time. If safety is affected, a journey may be stopped, rescheduled or canceled. The team will explain the situation and available alternatives as soon as reasonably possible. This acknowledgment does not authorize operation of an unsafe vehicle or excuse failures of maintenance or safety.

6. Acknowledgment and scope of responsibility

I voluntarily accept the ordinary risks described above that do not arise from a breach of duty attributable to those responsible for the service. Only to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law, I release the entities properly identified in this agreement from claims arising exclusively from those ordinary risks and not from a breach of their legal duties. This provision is not intended to exclude or limit liability for negligence, intentional misconduct, reckless conduct, safety violations, children’s rights or other liabilities that cannot validly be waived. Providing the service without charge does not, by itself, eliminate the legal duties of the owner, operator, driver or restaurants.

7. Personal belongings, changes and incidents

Keep your belongings with you and check your seat before exiting. Report lost property, cancellations, changes and incidents to shuttle@mchospitalitypr.com. This rule does not remove liability imposed by law. In an emergency, follow the driver’s instructions and seek emergency assistance as appropriate. Requested changes are not confirmed until the team confirms the revised journeys and seats.

8. Electronic agreement and copy

I may read, save or print this agreement before accepting and will receive a copy of the accepted version. I consent to accept electronically. My full legal name, express acceptance and associated booking record will document my decision. Information will be used to manage transportation and document this agreement under the published privacy policy. Later revisions do not retroactively change the agreement accepted for this booking. Puerto Rico law applies without restricting rights, defenses, remedies or jurisdictions available under applicable law.

Electronic acceptance

When electronic acceptance is enabled in the reservation process, the acceptance screen will identify this version, the passenger and the covered booking. Each accepting passenger must have legal capacity to agree. The booking organizer does not accept or waive rights for other adults without valid authority.

I have read and agree to the Free Shuttle Terms & Passenger Agreement, version 1.1, for this booking. I understand that the shuttle is complimentary and both outbound and return journeys require confirmation.

I consent to accept electronically and receive a copy by email.
